●Our most popular dish! The original Chiritori Nabe (a type of hot pot)... A rich and flavorful secret sauce made with beef bones and soy sauce! Once you try it, you'll be hooked.

●For those who prefer something lighter, try the salted chiritori hot pot... a Japanese-style savory salty broth with garlic and salt.

● Banshu's famous Black Hot Pot… A favorite among regulars! A delicious, original black offal hot pot.

●Hormone Sukiyaki… We use plump, juicy offal from Hokkaido! Our homemade sukiyaki sauce and egg are a perfect match!

●Curry Chiritori Nabe (Curry Hot Pot) ... A hot pot with an outstanding curry flavor.

●Sichuan Pepper Numbing Hot Pot: A hot pot with a spicy kick from Sichuan pepper, recommended for those who love spicy food!!

The final dish is rice, which is then used to bind together the delicious flavors released from the meat and vegetables that have been simmered together.

・The rice porridge is delicious when wrapped in the separately ordered Korean seaweed.

- The rice porridge is mixed with beaten egg and topped with chopped green onions and shredded nori seaweed.

The risotto is tossed with butter and cheese and topped with parsley.
