■ Top-grilled Miyazaki chicken

This dish allows you to taste two types of high-quality Miyazaki local chicken: breast and thigh meat.

■Champon noodles or Sanuki udon

Smooth Chanpon noodles or chewy Sanuki udon noodles

■Ojiyaki rice or porridge or cheese risotto

The final dish is made by cooking meat and vegetables and sealing in the delicious flavors with rice.

・Ojiyaki rice is eaten wrapped in Korean seaweed.

-For the rice porridge, mix with beaten eggs and garnish with chopped green onions and chopped seaweed.

- The risotto is made with butter and cheese and topped with parsley.
